The public high school Rade Jovchevski Korchagin -Skopje was established on 01 December, 1960 as The Fourth High school in Skopje. Today the school counts approximately 1000 students, distributed in 32 classes, 8 classes in each school year. The school curriculum is that of a general high school-gymnasium. The curricula for high school education are prepared in accordance with the legal provisions for the realization of the educational activity of this type of teaching. The curriculum for high school education is outlined in four parts: required courses and electives , compulsory elective programs , project activities. During the first and second year of studies the students gain knowledge of all areas, whereas the third and fourth year focus on different study areas in accordance to the students choice - science-mathematics stream, social-humanistic stream or linguistic-artistic stream.
