We house children in fixed groups from the age of 8 weeks and till they start school. We see ourselves as an institution that complements family by providing children the opportunity to satisfy their curiosity and thirst for knowledge and to develop their talents in a safe and cheerful community.
Every child in KitaEins is given attentive and individual support to develop their skills. Through developmental activities our teachers support the strengths of children. External experts are part of the pegagogical team, they offer courses and workshops on a regular basis. Children get to know other adults who help them to discover their interests and abilities.
We see ourselves as educational and upbringing partners for families with a shared responsibility, we keep close contact with each other. Development talks, parents evenings, daycare committee meetings, parent representatives meetings as well as gardening and organisation of events together characterize our cooperation with families.
