Just Say No To Cyberbullying!

The level of information and communication technologies we have reached today, while facilitating human life, has also caused bullying to expand in digital dimensions by finding itself new methods and techniques in the internet environment through mobile phones that can be easily reached by every child. Our main goal in this project is to increase awareness of safe internet use and cyberbullying by acquiring technology literacy and media literacy skills, which are key competences of the 21st century and the requirements of our age, and to enable them to use it for the benefit of society. In the context of project,it is primarily aimed to raise awareness about cyberbullying. Considering that children are not aware of the fact that they are being cyberbullied, the types of cyberbullying should be known by them. The fact that cyberbullying is free of time and space causes children to be exposed to violence even in their own rooms at home.Undoubtedly, literal definitions should be known correctly so that individuals and society are not exposed to violence in the internet universe that transforms into a metaverse. We expect that the awareness of all our partners about cyberbullying will increase and the impact of cyberbullying, which is a global problem, will decrease. We expect our students to develop a sense of empathy, increase their awareness, and enable them to grow up as individuals who have self-confidence, critical thinking skills and can take responsibility. Increasing our institutional capacity, ensuring compliance with the European Union education system.
