I am a teacher in a public Highschool near Athens center with an experience of almost 20 years. Having a degree in Greek Philology, I teach Modern and Ancient Greek, as well as History. I am mostly interested in subjects concerning language use and communication, improving speaking and writing skills, new ways of approaching literature (modern and ancient greek texts in translation) and focusing on the feelings and mindset of my students. I like communicating with people from foreign countries and especially learning about their educational system and their teaching practices in general. I would love to give my students the opportunity to get in touch with other students of their age from all over the world and exchange their school experiences and interests. Lately, I try to delve deeply in counselling and career guidance topics.
