Internationalization, Digitalization and Entrepreneurship are requirements in the future workplaces. Vocational schools are faced with the challenge to build these qualities into modern curricula. More importantly students have to be motivated to develop the skills related to those key focus areas autonomously to be able to participate successful in the future workplaces. The Project thrives to find a suitable way for students to learn those skills in a modern and exiting way. In the project, we plan to address Innovation, Engineering, Digitalization and Entrepreneurial behavior in one Project. We plan to involve larger groups of students so called school-teams, which we divide in four/five workgroups (depending on the total size).
