During the development of this project, students will gather information about the dishes of their region. By doing this, students will discover their cuisine, the cooking customs and the culture of their partners by exchanging information with them. They will be able to relate cooking with local culture and point out the differences of tastes and cuisines. The final task of this project is to make an international cookbook including simple recipes students like cooking at home and could easily try to make.
