Our project is about the physical and mental wellbeing of our pupils and teachers. The participating countries are Finland, Germany, France, Spain and Portugal. All the schools are secondary schools, and all of us are interested in the overall wellbeing of teenagers. One of the aims is to prevent students with economical or social issues from social exclusion and give them opportunities to make European contacts. We all have good practices in our schools and we want to exchange them. Our students need to become more aware of the impact of their daily choices in their lives. The aim of the project is to support more the physical and mental wellbeing of our students. It will focus on students of secondary school aged 13-16. We intend to exchange good policies in health education with schools in other European countries. Different schools have different policies and interaction enriches every school's current policies.
