The "Food Safety and Sustainability" eTwinning project is an interdisciplinary initiative carried out with students aged 15-18 between January and May. The aim of the project is to raise awareness about food safety, develop collaborative products through the effective use of technology, and strengthen students' problem-solving skills. Throughout the process, students will explore a variety of topics ranging from scientific foundations to cultural and artistic perspectives, producing tangible outcomes on food safety and sustainability through international collaborations. By the end of the project, a digital cookbook, a "Zero Food Waste" manifesto, and a prototype device will be created alongside a project website, enhancing students' awareness and 21st-century skills.
