The Partnership will develop the use and teaching of the Arts across the curriculum at all stages of education, with three emphases on Inclusive Education thus opening the Arts to new participants, improving access to neglected artistic fields and extending the participatory reach of schools into their wider communities. The Partnership will use diverse methods and techniques, both traditional and modern, in order to realize new ideas about how the Arts can used within schools and their wider communities. The context into which the project is placed is the recognition that Arts are diverse and have great scope to be developed and shared within Partner establishments and their wider communities which they serve, providing areas for innovation which are often not so readily available in what might be a prescriptive curriculum. Through the Arts new knowledge and learning can be promoted and major innovative initiatives will be established throughout the Partnership all of which will use
