This project has clear objectives at the level of pupils, teachers and schools. We want to strengthen our pupils' cooperation skills, self-reliance and communication skills by working together internationally, communicating online, travelling abroad and taking up responsibility for the whole project. The involved students have a focus on languages, business and communication, so, we want to give them a clear picture of the business world and work culture in companies. For the teachers, the objective is to increase the attractiveness and relevance of their teaching programs and make the activities connected to lessons more realistic. The international cooperation will make them reflect on their own teaching and see the value of working together with other (educational) professionals. This would also create added value for the school, because stronger teachers and students, will result in a more dynamic and attractive teaching environment with higher levels of motivation and well-being.
