The project aims to compare culinary traditions of Italy and Turkey. One of the ways to learn about the history of new countries is certainly to discover their culinary habits. The synergy that has been established between two schools of the aforementioned countries will lead to a motivating cultural exchange that will involve students from the two different countries.
