Mali kuvari - Little chefs

U toku projekta učenici će se upoznati sa načinom pripremanja hrane u svom rodnom kraju: zimnica, hlebovi, slatkiši, razni specijaliteti. Obeležiće Dan hleba, Svetski dan jabuke, Svetski dan zdravlja. Projekat se temelji na kreiranju knjige recepata domaće kuhinje kroz organizaciju raznih ručnih veština vezanih za pripremanje domaće hrane kraja. Tokom projekta učenici su upućeni jedni na druge putem razmene ideja, kreiranjem zajedničkog produkta. Cilj je podstaknuti učenike na samostalno pripremanje domaće hrane te primenu stečenih znanja u svakodnevnom životnom okruženju. Učenici će biti osposobljeni da primenjuju napredne tehnologije u nastavi, u cilju motivacije i razvijanja digitalne kompetencije. Produkte rada predstaviće u različitim web alatima, naučiće osnove njihovog korišćenja i proširiće znanja o bezbednosti na internetu. In the course of the project, students will get to know the way of preparing food in their native region: winter food, breads, sweets, various specialties. It will mark Bread Day, World Apple Day, World Health Day. The project is based on the creation of a book of home cooking recipes through the organization of various manual skills related to the preparation of local food. During the project, students are directed to each other through the exchange of ideas, creating a joint product. The goal is to encourage students to independently prepare homemade food and apply the acquired knowledge in their everyday life environment. Students will be able to apply advanced technologies in class, in order to motivate and develop digital competence. They will present their work products in various web tools, learn the basics of their use and expand their knowledge of internet security.
