This project will be based on NPJR-2024/10204 "Empowering Cultural Literacy through Cuisine, Crafts and Folk Traditions". It focuses on strengthening the cooperation between the Baltic and Nordic countries. Students will have class exchange trips, thus they will be able to see the "real culture" and interact with the students from this country. The project is aimed at empowering cultural literacy among students through local cuisine, crafts and folk traditions. Cultural literacy is one of the key competences that is crucial in the 21st century and is included in the national curriculum in Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia and Sweden,emphasizing the importance of learning the traditional culture within educational process.
