Description
The Special Education Needs: ICT and Game-Based ºìÌÒÊÓÆµing Integrated Course is a 7-day professional development program designed specifically for teachers working in special education schools. This course focuses on the integration of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and game-based learning to create dynamic, inclusive, and personalized learning experiences for students with special educational needs. Participants will explore a variety of digital tools, strategies, and game-based techniques that can be applied in the classroom to enhance engagement, improve learning outcomes, and support individualized instruction.
Throughout the course, teachers will engage in hands-on workshops, case studies, and collaborative discussions to understand how to effectively integrate ICT and games into their teaching practices.
The course format will be half day lessons and half day touristical visits

Digital tools such as Kahoot!, Quizlet, Scratch, Google Classroom, and assistive technologies like Kurzweil 3000 will be utilized. Participants will also explore multimedia tools (Canva, Prezi), VR/AR platforms (Google Expeditions), and game-based platforms like Minecraft Education to enhance learning and engagement.
