Description
The traditional teacher-centered model of instruction is time-consuming and leaves little room for complex tasks or deeper understanding, particularly for SEN students. This course introduces innovative teaching methods like Flipped Ƶing and the Montessori approach, along with practical 4C techniques, to optimize classroom time and reach every learner.
Flipped Ƶing shifts content delivery outside the classroom, allowing students to engage with material beforehand. In class, they actively apply concepts in a dynamic, interactive environment, enabling teachers to address mixed levels, SEN needs, and diverse learning styles more effectively.
Participants will explore 4C skill development strategies and tools, learning to foster creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration. Additionally, the course introduces the Montessori approach, guiding educators in creating customized learning materials tailored for SEN students.
