Description
To deepen awareness of participants about recent pedagogical and classroom
developments in ELE
• To enhance language teaching practice through innovative techniques and
methodological approaches to teaching ELE
• To provide opportunities for reflection about culture and civilization
• To improve participants’ confidence in their intercultural competence.
• To develop and consolidate participants’ Spanish language skills
• To promote awareness of contemporary publications about methodology,
culture and civilization.
• To establish connections between educational staff from a variety of

Methodology & assessment
uses task-based learning and reflection for the creation of the participants own
portfolios. Throughout the course, participants are encouraged to reflect on their own
practice and beliefs and to consider alternative practices and processes.
Class dynamics include individual, pair and group work, discussions, debates, roleplays,
microteaching, presentations, written tasks and listening exercises. A friendly,
supportive atmosphere encourages participants to share their own ideas and experience with other international participants.
Participants receive weekly focused feedback thanks to both self-evaluation and a
personal pedagogic session with the teachers, reviewing objectives and setting
homework if necessary. The themed sessions are made up of theoretical components,
Spanish language teaching techniques in practice and the elaboration of intercultural
activities that attendees will be able t
