Survival tips for modern Robinsons
The project targets to develop student language skills and soft skills through reading the novel about Robinson Crusoe, learning about climate change and participating in different project activities. Students collaborate in national and mixed groups to create project products. They learn about Daniel Defoe, real castaway and Robinson Crusoe Island. They develop their research, critical thinking skills investigating Robinson survival in extreme circumstances. Students reveal creativity and develop communicative skills. They learnt about slave trade history and Universal Declaration of Human Rights. They learn about SDGs, investigate global climate change and in their regions to understand the importance of being proactive to save our planet.
