Positive Vibes is a collaboration between three schools to focus on student and staff wellbeing. We aim to foster empathy in our classes through the exploration of emotions, storytelling and listening to others. One of the ways to develop empathy is to examine the misfortune of others. This motivates us to help others and appreciate the positive aspects of our own lives. From this starting point we will explore tools for everyone to use to cope in adversity. We all need to troubleshoot at various times in our lives and set the reset button. The final strand will discuss self care and how to use the Internet safely and positively.
