Milk processing: output 13.

In this virtual assignment the participants learn how to process milk, for instance home made yoghurt. They learn about micro-organism, hygiene and which starters to collect. After the introduction they process some milk themselves while making a video/ presentation about the process. They present the processing to their classmates including some tasting and share the video on e-Twinning.
