In our age, due to the rapid development of technology, the unconscious use of social media and the spread of digital tools, technology addiction has changed its shape and brought some negativities known as "E-diseases" to our lives. We want to increase the knowledge level of our students about the negativities caused by technology addiction, known as e-diseases. We also expect them to inform their relatives about technology addiction. We want to increase the awareness of our students who have different technological addictions but are not aware of it. We want to inform them about how to evaluate the time they spend on computers, mobile phones and social media with different physical activities such as traditional children's games.
