This project, "Legends and Heroes among us" invites students from different countries to explore historical figures, cultural legends, contemporary heroes, reflect on the heroes in their own lives or communities and reflect on their own idea of an ideal hero. Students will work in international teams to research and analyze heroes from different countries, create a project logo, and imagine what would happen if heroes from the past could meet. Then they will create stories about these individuals. This project aims to help students explore the concept of heroes and understand the different forms heroism can take. Their work will culminate in an e-book featuring legends from their countries. The final product will be a collaborative comic where students from each country contribute to the storyline of an original hero.
