Intercultural lunch and ghymkana
The proposed activity is a coexistence activity with the families of the students participating in the project and a closing and farewell activity. All people who have participated and collaborated with said project are invited to the meal. After the visit of Canfranc International Station and the Line P bunkers, a popular meal will be made with Valencian paella, vegan and halal. In addition, at the end of the meal there will be a dessert contest in which the students will have made a typical dessert from their origin countries the day before.
To finish the day, students will participate in a ghymkana in republican Jaca, organized by the History teachers. They will pass by the most importants monuments related on the conflict that took place in Jaca before the Second Republic. Some people died and many others had to run away.
The objective of the activity is: - Hold a day of coexistence with the families that have participated in the project and have a good time visiting the city and its history in an entertaining way.
Once the activity has been carried out we hope that: - Both students and families will spend the day together, developing communication competences, discovering culinary aspects of other countries and reinforcing feelings of friendship towards others. - Furthermore, we believe that this activity will improve and bring families closer the knowledge of the project.
