Discussing bullying openly with all students is one way of preventing and combating this practice. Recognising the problem and identifying it is a way of helping to develop feelings of security and confidence in those who feel threatened and for them to learn how to defend themselves. There is an urgent need to create healthy habits when it comes to using social networks and technology, providing our students with preventative measures and information about the dangers of the Internet. Furthermore, the students will learn new ways and techniques to protect themselves and cope with bullying.
