Acculturation of Cooks

The core idea of the project is to enable interaction among chef students around Europe. Within this scope, the project aims to provide our prospective chefs an interaction platform via Twin space. Thus, the involved students will take the opportunity to get to know each other through internet. Each month, students will be submitted assignments and tasks regarding the culinary culture of the involved students. Lastly, but not the end, the students will be asked to create unique recipes, blending the flavors, cooking methods, tastes,etc. To do this, they require to be familiar with culinary features of other countries to be studied in the course of the project.
