School leaders play an essential role in shaping both the academic success and the general well-being of students, teachers and the entire school community. To achieve this, they must possess strong communication skills to build relationships and to foster collaboration inside and outside the school environment. However, due to their many responsibilities, they are more prone to neglecting their personal well-being.

In this context, the online workshop aims to provide a space for school leaders of eTwinning Schools to discuss and explore the different aspects of well-being, encompassing both personal and institutional perspectives.

Participants will explore strategies for enhancing professional well-being and preventing burnout. Moreover, they will gain deeper insights into encouraging a school culture that prioritises well-being and collaboration, and they will examine projects that foster a positive school setting.
