Who are we?
“Alexandru Ioan Cuza” National College from Ploiesti is one of the most popular highschools in the town of Ploiesti .(Our town is around 60 kilometers from Bucharest the capital of Romania and 40 kilometers from Henri Coanda Otopeni airport).
We have more than 1000 students aged between 11 and 19 years old.
We live in an area surrounded by amazing landscapes –(mountains, Bran Dracula's Castle and more ), tradition and folklore are here at home.
In what international projects are concerned we have a nice and hard working team in our school : We have been involved in Comenius and Erasmus Plus projects throughout the years. We are also active eTwinners.
As for the students , the great majority of them speak english very well (they are studying english intensively) and are eager to participate in international programmes .
