The Castro Marim Schools Group is a public school institution that encompasses all public schools in the municipality of Castro Marim, with the main objective of providing a quality public service, promoting the educational success of its students, based on quality and rigor education provided and contributing to its integral development. The aim is the global formation of students as autonomous citizens, critical, supportive and prepared to consciously intervene in a constantly changing world. The guidelines that constitute the mission of this project are:
• promoting academic success;
• promoting the quality of learning and school results;
• promotion of social equity, creating conditions for the realization of equal opportunities for all;
• training students for responsible citizenship;
• promoting greater involvement of all members of the educational community and, in particular, parents/guardians in school life

The Grouping of Schools of Castro Marim aspires to be an institution identified by proximity management and an ethical sense of public service. It intends to develop sustained and quality educational processes based on a flexible organization, based on efficient management models, participatory, transparent and with quality criteria. It is intended to be a successful public school, a promoter of inclusion and comprehensive training of its students, distinguished not only by the quality of education provided but also by the affirmation of their students.
