I am Giedrė Petrošienė, with extensive experience in education, educational science, and project management. I have long-standing experience and high qualifications. Working in various types of educational organizations, I have gained experience in organizing professional development events, preparing project applications, and implementing them. My work experience includes working as a preschool education teacher, during which I accumulated valuable skills in organizing educational activities and managing international projects. I have enhanced my professional knowledge through various international seminars and training sessions, which have provided me opportunities to expand my knowledge in digital technologies, project management, and educational content development, as well as in adult education.
I actively participate in pedagogical activities, prepare and present reports, and engage in discussions at both national and international levels. I am proficient in English at an advanced user level and have mastered various IT tools essential in the modern educational environment.
I have received various awards and acknowledgments for my contributions to improving educational quality and applying innovative methods, and my work is highly regarded by both colleagues and the educational community. In 2024, I was honored with the Epale Adult Educator of the Year award. My goal is to continue working in the education sector, developing new programs and methodologies that contribute to increasing learning effectiveness and modernizing the education system.
