Coachsultant, knowledge activist, and independent researcher, I have more than 25 years of experience in helping governments, nonprofits, and donors achieve better outcomes for the communities they serve by integrating research into actionable evidence-based policy and programs. I teach statistics and methodology of research at University of Tor Vergata.
Strategic and pragmatic consultant, I have led successful change management initiatives in complex organizations and I am skilled at creating and executing plans that align people, process, and technology to achieve desired outcomes.
I am a specialist in providing innovative, pragmatic and tailor-made coaching and training for team and staff development, I have designed blended, online, and onsite training courses and developed training materials in Italian, English and French.
In my professional and personal life, I have always cultivated a focus on the well-being of the person, his/her connection of body and mind and balanced relationship with the natural and social environment. In recent years I have specialised in the application of neuroscience in the design of training, consultancy and coaching solutions and tools for change management and human resources development, in the definition of management and service models, and in the definition, delivery and content of organisational wellbeing and neuroempowerment pathways.
My current research interest include sensory processing sensitivity, digital wellbeing and the application of mindfulness, embodiment, and somatic education in learning, career management, professional development, and wellbeing programmes.
