Hello.My name is Ayşe Gülhan DURAN..I'm from Adana. The city I live in is in the middle of one of the largest Plains in my country. That's why we have land that is quite suitable for agriculture. The Ceyhan river crosses the edge of my city.This allows us to reach vegetables and fruits economically and fresh. This area has been home to many civilizations.(Kitvanza Kingdom, Hittites, Kue Kingdom, Assyrians, Klikya Kingdom, Iranians, Macedonians, Selokids, Çukurova Pirates,Romans, Byzantines, Arabs, Thessalonians, Armenians, Turkish Mamluk State of Egypt,Ramazanoğulları, Ottoman Empire) Ankara Gazi University, Faculty of Vocational Education, Family Economics and nutrition teacher 2001 graduate. During my career, I worked as a teacher at tourism vocational high school and girls vocational high school for food and beverage services in different cities. I am currently serving as a food and Beverage Services teacher at Yaltir Brothers vocational and technical Anatolian High School. I would like to take part in educational and instructive activities on platforms that will expand the knowledge of my field to both myself and my colleagues, as well as to my students, and to develop the application skills related to the field. My interests: preparing projects related to student and teacher mobility on national and international platforms, reading books, cooking, dealing with animals, cuisines of different cultures, fusion cuisine, new culinary trends ( slow food, bowl food, Bony food, molecular gastronomy), intercultural influence.
