I am Aida Šimaitienė, kindergarten teacher. Our kindergarten is A GREAT PLACE TO GROW CREATIVE. Our mission: Creatively and qualitatively nurturing, helping the child to meet natural, cultural, ethnic, social, cognitive needs, prepare children for school, with a view to successful integration into society.
We are looking for projects and partners from all the world, to get more experience how to improve our personal skills, and transferred it for childrens.
Kindergarden "Trys nykštukai" is a public organization in Siauliai city, Lithuania. We have 11 groups (3 groups of early age, 7 groups of pre-school age and 1 group of pre-primary age). Our pupils are from 1 to 7 years. We have 49 employees (30 pedagogues and child support specialists (early age, pre-shool and pre-primary teachers, 2 music teachers, 1 sports coach, 2 speech therapists, 1 social worker, 1 healthcare specialist, 11 assistants of teachers, administrative staff and other service staff (cleaner, outdoor worker and etc). Our pedagogues are very modern, interesting in inovations, a lot of pedagogues have high qualifications and master degree.
